Protein Pancakes

Here's  a recipe for delicious, fluffy protein pancakes. Use some sugar free syrup or topping of your choice. My favorite is cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unflavored muscle egg whites (237 g)
  • 1 small banana (90 g)
  • 10 g old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp stevia (or to taste)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cook on griddle. 

Macors: 238 Calories, Protein 27 g, Carbs 32 g, Fat 1g

I typically get 10 pancakes or so from this. The volume added from blender is amazing and the muscle egg makes it so fluffy. Low fat so perfect for post-workout if you're tired of the typical protein shake. Can add berries or even layer with peanut butter for some variety. Enjoy!
