Here's a recipe for delicious, fluffy protein pancakes. Use some sugar free syrup or topping of your choice. My favorite is cinnamon, nutmeg and stevia.

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cook on griddle.

I typically get 10 pancakes or so from this. The volume added from blender is amazing and the muscle egg makes it so fluffy. Low fat so perfect for post-workout if you're tired of the typical protein shake. Can add berries or even layer with peanut butter for some variety. Enjoy!
